Yukrim Land

Opened in 1975, this historic theme park in Chuncheon features a variety of facilities including an amusement park, zoo, outdoor swimming pool, and camping village. It is noted as a cost-effective theme park and a retro-sentiment tourist attraction. The amusement park offers rides such as Viking, bumper cars, swing ride, carousel, and train. The zoo houses animals including tigers, bears, eagle owls, turkeys, and monkeys. There is also an animal feeding experience area where you can purchase feed at the shop and give it to animals like sheep, deer, goats, and rabbits. The camping village is also popular. It is a space under a pine forest where you can set up a tent and relax during Yukrim Land's operating hours. Simple cooking is allowed, but charcoal use is prohibited; only gas burners are permitted. Tents and cooking equipment must be prepared by individuals. While children play, adults can rest under the pine shade, satisfying the whole family. Although it lacks the splendor of large theme parks, it is sufficient for a fulfilling day.
