Chuncheon Naepyeong Battle Memorial Statue for Patriotic Police Officers

This statue commemorates 11 patriotic heroes, including Senior Inspector Noh Jong-hae, who laid the foundation for the Battle of the Chuncheon Area, the first major victory of the Korean War. The statue of Senior Inspector Noh, approximately 3 meters tall, faces the former site of the old Naepyeong Police Station (now Soyanggang Dam). Reliefs of the other 10 individuals are installed on the left and right sides. Located in Chuncheon Citizens' Forest, it offers ample space for children and provides various exhibition and rest areas.
