Why travelers stop here
Bogasansanseong Fortress, located on Bogae Mountain with its rugged terrain, is also called Bogaesanseong Fortress. Although a significant portion has been damaged, parts of the fortress wall remain well preserved. It has a circumference of about 4 km and a flat shape resembling a pointed sweet potato. The walls were built by trimming natural stones and stacking them in an overlapping manner.
